Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional office or similar setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and the ability to analyze processes and identify improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills; trustworthy with patient confidentiality.
