Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Dental Care at Lake Lavon, Lavon, TX. This role partners with the Doctor to drive team performance and ensure excellent patient care in a fast-paced dental practice.

The PMO will lead training, onboarding, and daily operations while aligning with Heartland’s service culture and business goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Doctor to guide and support the team in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Lead and develop staff through training programs and regular coaching.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficient scheduling, billing, and workflow.
• Coordinate with recruiting and HR to onboard new team members.
• Promote a culture of service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
