Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Smiles at Julington Creek in St. Johns, FL. You will lead office operations, develop teams, and partner with Doctors to deliver exceptional patient care and business growth.

This role emphasizes training, goal setting, and collaborative leadership to align clinical and administrative teams with the doctor’s vision while fostering a supportive culture for staff and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in professional settings.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Dental/medical setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support Doctor-led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through synergy meetings and huddles.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
• Identify future team growth and select candidates who are an 80% match for the position and practice.
