Heartland Dental's Neibauer Dental Care - Harrison Crossing in Fredericksburg seeks a Practice Manager of Operations. You will partner with the Doctor, guide the team, and focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The PMO will drive top business and personal development goals, lead training, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus philosophy. Collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems/trends and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach office teams to achieve Doctors' and practice goals through servant leadership.
• Maintain daily operations, oversee training and onboarding of new team members.
• Partner with Doctors to align priorities, schedules, and CE planning.
• Support recruitment and selection to build a strong patient-care team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and high-quality patient care.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience
