Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Smile Design West Boynton Beach to drive office leadership and patient care Excellence. The PMO partners with doctors to align goals, develop teams, and implement evidence-based processes that sustain growth and service quality.

You will lead training initiatives, support scheduling and operational planning, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the practice.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development goals.
• Support Doctors and teams as a business partner and lead through servant leadership.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
