Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in Boynton Beach to partner with doctors, lead a patient-centric team, and drive annual business goals. This role emphasizes servant leadership, training, and aligning schedules with Doctor priorities to enhance patient care.

The PMO will coordinate with recruiting and support offices, manage training through Core Essentials, and contribute to a strong culture and smooth operations at the practice.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Analyze processes, identify problems and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure Doctors and teams meet goals through servant leadership.
• Lead and participate in weekly meetings and daily huddles.
• Support financial planning and quarterly/annual goals with the Doctor.
• Assist Doctors with scheduling, CE planning, and leadership programs.
• Identify skills needed for open positions and participate in selection.
