Job summary

Briarwood Park Dental Care in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team within the Heartland Dental network. This leadership role focuses on aligning doctor priorities with team actions, driving training, and supporting growth of the practice.

You will partner with doctors to set quarterly and annual financial goals, manage CE planning, and onboard new team members, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute PMO training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure doctor and team goals are met through servant leadership.
• Lead meetings and align doctor priorities with team actions.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members and ongoing training.
• Partner with doctors to identify needed skills for open positions and proper selection.
