Responsibilities

• Lead and align Doctor and team priorities through servant leadership.
• Develop and pursue annual top goals and personal development plans.
• Onboard new team members and partner with recruiting and support offices.
• Oversee training pathways and monitor performance and growth.
• Facilitate regular meetings and effective daily huddles.
