Job summary

Webster Dental Care, a multi-practice dental group with a River North headquarters and 250 staff across Chicagoland, seeks a Practice Manager to oversee daily office operations, staff relations, recruitment, marketing and regulatory compliance. You will drive training, performance and patient experience to support ten practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization and strong communication to align clinicians, hygienists, support staff and administrators with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of dental office management experience.
• Experience managing 10+ people.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: develop the team through training, coaching and mentorship; recruit or terminate as needed.
• Financial management: handle patient billing, insurance claims and accounts receivable; ensure timely invoicing.
• Equipment management: schedule preventive maintenance and repairs; log service events.
• Patient relations: resolve conflicts with professionalism and maintain billing transparency.
• Compliance: uphold OSHA/HIPAA standards and Illinois dental guidelines; coordinate trainings.
