Straumann Group is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the United States to expand our dental implant and restorative solutions. You will manage a defined territory, build trusted relationships with dental professionals, and drive profitable growth through targeted opportunities and collaborative marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, consultative selling, and the ability to present complex product information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; ability to maintain auto insurance.
• Experience in medical device industry or with physicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customers: build genuine relationships with dental professionals and tailor solutions across Straumann’s product lines.
• Take ownership: drive profitable sales growth within a defined territory by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts.
• Create opportunities: identify, target, and convert new business with dentists, specialists, labs, and surgeons in the territory.
• Collaborate: support marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives with Product Marketing and Market Communications.
• Engage: leverage events to develop customers, build brand loyalty, and gain new customers; participate in Study Clubs.
• Be agile: adapt to changing customer needs; use SAP CRM to plan and measure activities.
• Communicate effectively: stay informed about clinical studies and deliver clear, compelling information.
• Build trust: maintain integrity, ethics, and professional conduct.
