PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator in Texas to partner with dentists and help patients commit to the best treatment with urgency. You will educate patients on treatment choices, navigate financing options, and overcome objections to start care.

The role supports PPE and builds Patients for Life while maintaining compliant, confidential records. Responsibilities include mastering the PDS system, assisting clinicians on exam days, and ensuring referrals align with the Comprehensive

Qualificações

• Knowledge of office practices and patient insurances.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with supported Dentists to obtain financial commitment from patients.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and funding options.
• Overcome common patient objections and keep schedules productive.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations as needed.
• Support PPE (Perfect Patient Experience) and PFL (Patients for Life).
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
