Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists and help patients choose and begin the recommended treatment promptly. You will educate patients on options, address objections, and ensure the PPE and PFL principles are applied.

This role supports multiple offices and requires effective collaboration with clinicians. Key responsibilities include mastering the PDS systems, facilitating pre-authorizations when needed, and maintaining compliant, patient-focused service across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Travel may be required between offices.
• Experience in dentistry, insurance, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supported Dentists to obtain financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financial options.
• Overcome common patient objections to start treatment.
• Support daily office scheduling and PPE/Patient for Life goals.
• Execute HC handoffs with clinicians on every exam.
