The role requires handling financial options, insurance pre-authorizations, and coordinating with clinicians to keep schedules productive and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Travel may be required between offices.
• Preferred coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supported dentists to secure patient financial commitment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and PPE standards.
• Overcome common patient objections and support case acceptance.
• Proactively keep dentist schedules productive and accurate in the system.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations as needed.
• Support the Comprehensive Care Model within and outside the office.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliant handling of patient records.
