PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Dentists and drive case acceptance by presenting financial options, educating patients, and overcoming objections. The role emphasizes a consultative, educational approach to ensure a Perfect Patient Experience and Patients for Life.

The HC will support clinicians across exams, coordinate pre-authorizations, and contribute to a productive schedule while upholding brand standards and compliance across the office network.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists in presenting financial options to start treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and overcome objections.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations as needed.
• Ensure PPE and PPE adherence in daily operations.
• Support daily huddles and team meetings and overall care model
