PDS Health in Spring, TX is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and guide patients toward the best treatment options.

You will educate patients on financial plans, secure pre-authorizations when needed, and keep schedules productive while upholding PPE and PFL principles. This role requires strong communication, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; travel may be needed between offices.
• Knowledge of office practices, technology, and patient insurances.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dental office.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Dentists to gain financial commitments for treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financial options.
• Overcome patient objections and support case acceptance.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Support PPE and PFL initiatives and office performance.
• Attend daily huddles and team meetings; maintain patient records.
