Dental One Associates of College Park is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative for our College Park, GA office. You will welcome patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the dental team to ensure a smooth, patient-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on dental office experience.
• Experience answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus.
• Ability to work in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a friendly professional attitude.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions and concerns.
• Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments.
• Follow up with patients regarding cancellations and no-shows.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Monitor and respond to voicemail.
• Explain treatment and financial arrangements to patients.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with dental team and Office Manager to ensure a great patient experience.
