ELITE DENTAL PARTNERS L is seeking a Patient Coordinator to welcome patients, gather information, verify insurance, and manage scheduling. The role supports a smooth daily flow, collects payments, and answers questions about coverage and finances.

The ideal candidate has dental/healthcare exposure, strong communication, and proficiency with dental software like Dentrix. Competitive benefits accompany a full-time position in our Ohio practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental, medical, healthcare, or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent communication with the team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and make them feel welcome.
• Gather patient information, create files, verify insurance eligibility.
• Maintain a productive schedule for the day and schedule future appointments.
• Confirm patient appointments and update the schedule as needed.
• Answer patient questions about insurance and financial arrangements.
• Collect and post payments from patients and insurance companies.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
