• Confirm next-day appointments per protocol and patient preferences.
• Schedule patients to optimize doctor and staff time.
• Maintain a professional reception area.
• Manage recall and inactive patient system.
• Collect payments at time of service.
• Prepare financial treatment plans and present options.
• Gather and verify patient benefits and update summaries in dental software.
• Open and close dental offices per protocol.
• Daily cash handling and balancing transactions.
• Submit insurance claims and prior authorizations.
