Job summary

Aspen Dental, a world-class dental service organization, is seeking a Patient Care Consultant (Operations Lead) to guide patients through treatment plans, explain options, and help them navigate insurance and financing with confidence.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll build strong relationships with patients, collaborate with clinicians and office leaders, and deliver a patient-first experience supported by industry-leading training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in patient coordination or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with patients to review treatment plans and recommendations.
• Explain treatment options, insurance benefits, and financing options clearly.
• Build trust by addressing questions and barriers to treatment.
• Create and present customized payment options to patients.
• Track consultations, treatment acceptance, and follow-up in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with doctors and team for a seamless patient-first experience.
• Assist in scheduling, insurance verification, and collections processes.
• Ensure interactions align with policies and regulations.
