Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Care Consultant (Operations Lead) to guide patients through treatment options and financing, working closely with clinicians and office leadership. You will review plans, explain options and benefits, and help patients move forward with care in a supportive, patient-first environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, clear communication, and coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in patient coordination, consultative sales, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to patients.
• Comfort discussing insurance, financing, and payment options.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to review treatment plans and recommendations.
• Explain options, insurance benefits, and financial solutions.
• Build trust and address questions to reduce barriers.
• Create and present customized payment and financing options.
• Use consultative communication to help patients decide on care.
• Partner with doctors and staff to deliver a patient-first experience.
• Track consultations, treatment acceptance, and follow-up in CRM tools.
• Support scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance verification, and collections.
• Ensure all interactions align with policies and regulations.
