Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Care Consultant (Operations Lead) to guide patients through treatment plans, explain options, and help them secure financing for care. This role centers on building trust, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring a seamless, patient-first experience across the office.

You'll work with the clinical team to present treatment paths, address questions, and support patients toward confident decisions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in patient coordination or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain treatment options and insurance.
• Experience with CRM or scheduling systems preferred.

• Meet one-on-one with patients to review treatment plans and recommendations.
• Explain treatment options, insurance benefits, and financing options clearly.
• Build trust and address questions, concerns, and barriers to treatment.
• Create and present customized payment and financing options.
