Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our California dental team. The PCC will greet patients, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting patient relationships.

Strong communication and sales orientation are essential to deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience. The role requires attention to detail, ability to explain treatment options and financials, and compliance with health and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in healthcare/dental.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, staff and third-party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and coordinate future appointments with patients and staff.
• Provide patient consultations and explain treatments, costs, insurance, and payment options.
• Follow up with patients and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
