Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the primary liaison for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience. The PCC greets patients, introduces them to the office, coordinates treatment services, and fosters lasting relationships with staff and providers.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and comfort with discussing treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff, and third parties.
• Attention to detail in patient records and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
• Maintain daily schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Explain treatments, costs, insurance, and payment options.
• Follow up with patients to build relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel for training as needed.
