Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. You will greet patients, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and help cultivate lasting patient relationships.

The role requires exceptional communication, a passion for customer service, and comfort with explaining treatment costs, insurance coverage, and payment options. Some travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options.
