Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients. The role focuses on greeting patients, guiding them through the office, coordinating treatment services, and building lasting relationships.

The PCC will excel in clear communication, customer service, and knowledgeable discussions about treatments, costs, insurance, and payment options, while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in healthcare/dental.
• Experience with dental practice software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Strong attention to detail in patient records and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Maintain productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationsships
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions
