Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred in healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about treatments, costs, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Follow up with patients after visits to build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
