Job summary

Sonrava Health in Buena Park, CA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC acts as the primary liaison for patients, greeting them warmly and guiding them through the office while coordinating treatment services and building lasting patient relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, a genuine passion for customer service, and some sales aptitude. Healthcare experience and practice management software familiarity are preferred; this is a full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role, preferably healthcare.
• Experience with dental software such as Denticon or Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationsships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
