Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, or receptionist roles (preferably in healthcare/dental).
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff, and third-party stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in patient records and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
