Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in customer service/sales healthcare or dental setting preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients and staff.
• Detail-oriented in maintaining patient records and handling financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a timely, professional, engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and coordinate future appointments.
• Explain treatments, costs, insurance coverage and payment options to patients.
• Follow up with patients after visits and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
