Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and coordinate future appointments with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and explain treatment options, costs, insurance coverage and payment plans.
• Follow up with patients to build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations; travel for training as needed.
