Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Green Bay to be the welcoming face of our dental practices. You will guide patients through scheduling, insurance verification, and understanding treatment options, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

In this front-office role, you’ll support patients with care explanations, payment plans and scheduling, while maintaining a friendly, organized and patient-first approach in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental, healthcare, medical, hospitality or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued.
• Guiding: Support patients through check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and questions about care.
