Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn the skills and company knowledge needed to independently run a financially viable dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program with support from a supervisor and aim to manage an office within 4–6 months.

You will engage in structured curriculum, on‑the‑job training, and development meetings to build leadership, financial, and operational expertise. This role culminates in a salaried management position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is not stated; roles require five+ years in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must be able to travel to multiple offices daily.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance required; or alternate transport for travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS culture daily.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach and retain the right team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist partnership.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Demonstrate cash management and accounting proficiency.
• Develop and mentor the team for a Perfect Patient Experience.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with progress and goals.
• Develop office success plans and staff protocols for efficient operations.
