Job summary

Warner Road Modern Dentistry is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to help lead a busy dental office network. You will learn the We Believe Behavioral Framework and support hiring, coaching, and staff development while partnering with the Owner Dentist to uphold standards and ensure efficient operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, cash management, performance improvement, and managing expenses to meet monthly goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of operational management experience.
• Operations Manager Trainee must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; license verified by MVR at hire.
• Must travel to multiple offices daily with reliable transportation.
• In lieu of a license, alternative transportation enabling timely travel to multiple offices is required.
• Travel may be planned or unplanned and can change without notice.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework and promote PDS culture daily.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach staff to ensure right-fit team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model alongside the Owner Dentist to meet office imperatives.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Lead team development to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors.
• Understand People-related tools and processes and apply them effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Weekly report to Regional Manager with accomplishments and goals.
• Develop office success plans and protocols for efficient operations during manager absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
