Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.
• In lieu of license, reliable alternate transportation acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Model culture, values, standards; promote PDS culture daily.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach staff for right-fit teams.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with ownership partner.
• Drive annual revenue and profit growth; manage expenses.
• Enforce cash management and accounting protocols.
• Lead team development toward the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors.
