Job summary

Brentwood Modern Dentistry is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a PDS-supported dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while working with your supervisor, aiming to manage a dental office in 4–6 months after training.

You’ll engage in structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings to build leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities while driving clinic performance and patient experience.
