Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid RDA California License or DA Certificate required; Lifesaving Certification preferred.
• Completed accredited dental assisting program is required.
• Two years supervisory or management experience in a dental setting preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurances and billing preferred; understanding of regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists at all sites.
• Lead staffing for dental operations and scheduling; manage templates and patient flow.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with recruitment and hiring.
• Perform DA/RDA functions as needed and ensure coverage.
• Coordinate site audits and maintain data entry accuracy.
• Support meetings, flexible hours, HIPAA/privacy compliance, and professional conduct.
