United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is recruiting a Registered Dental Assistant level 2 to join a state-of-the-art facility. Under general supervision, the RDA 2 assists with oral surgery and procedures, prepares instruments, and ensures smooth patient flow while leading RDA-related duties.

The RDA 2 will oversee supply ordering, infection-control oversight, and OSHA records at the health center, collaborating with the Dental Assistant Supervisor to train staff and ensure compliance

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Registered Dental Assistant license per California Dental Board is required? (as stated)
• Minimum 5 years of Registered Dental Assisting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for the dental department and ensure proper communication with the Dental Assistant Supervisor.
• Proactively manages provider appointment schedules and applies templates correctly.
• Train and develop staff at the health center as needed.
• Perform RDA and DA functions daily.
• Lead the RDA column and assist with treatments within the RDA scope.
• Maintain infection control, OSHA logs and dental equipment.
