Job summary

The role requires leadership, recruitment support, and compliance with policy. Candidates should have a California RDA license or DA certificate, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a dental setting. Bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• RDA California License or DA Certificate required.
• Lifesaving Certification required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists across sites.
• Provide leadership and support for dental operations at assigned health centers.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure quality care and patient flow.
• Recruit and hire for dental staff positions.
• Perform and cover DA/RDA functions as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
