Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Possess a valid RDA California License or DA Certificate.
• Must have Lifesaving Certification and a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists at all sites.
• Lead dental operations, patient flow, and scheduling processes.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with recruitment.
• Ensure DA/RDA functions and coverage as needed.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
