Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dental office manager with growth track record (2+ years).
• 1+ years P&L ownership experience.
• Ability to work 5 days a week.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience managing revenue cycle including claims and billing preferred.
