You will manage day-to-day activities, drive growth initiatives, train staff, own relationships with doctors, and ensure operational excellence in partnership with the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred.
• High school or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff.
• Manage scheduling and show rate objectives.
• Track office performance and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Utilize PowerBI and financial analytics for decision making.
• Maintain office readiness, appearance and presentation.
• Support training and development of staff.
• Coordinate with doctors and contractors for Expanded Services.
