Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Preferred: prior coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Acts as manager of the supported practice in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns team members to specific duties.
• Develops patient communication skills and facilitates learning among staff.
• Drives year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Ensures adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
• Provides feedback to improve financial and patient outcomes.
• Ensures office meets PPE and PDS standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Leads daily huddles and other required meetings.
• Executes PDS processes, systems and tools and contributes to improvements.
• Supports clinician education and referrals regarding mouth-body connection.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor; handles confidential records.
