Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in multi-site healthcare/dental environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and HR policy knowledge.
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads full-lifecycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles across regional markets.
• Uses iCIMS and ATS workflows to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Manages onboarding, offboarding, and onboarding workflows for new hires.
• Supports HR helpdesk and recruitment tickets, HRIS/DayForce updates, and compliance tasks.
