Job summary

Johnson Family Dental seeks a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will assist patients with appointments and financial arrangements, helping them feel welcome and supported from check-in to checkout.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8–5. In this role you’ll verify insurance, explain payment options, and deliver exceptional customer service within a friendly dental team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options.
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for our dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
