Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the office operations in support of doctors, creating lasting impressions and trust with patients. You will undergo a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge to grow within our organization.

You will hire and develop staff, manage patient options, verify insurance, review monthly results, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plans.
• Lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
