Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Operations Manager (Dental Office Manager) to lead the office in all non-clinical operations and support doctors in delivering excellent care across the practice.

You will participate in a ten-week training program to develop business and leadership skills, while ensuring compassionate patient service, staff development, and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leads a team of direct reports and manages office operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients.
• Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions.
• Onboarding and development programs completed during initial training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all non-clinical operations to support doctors and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Participate in an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, following policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff to build a strong team.
• Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments and collect appropriately.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans with goals.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to align expectations and improve patient experience.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
