Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office in all operations, support the doctors, and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients. This role offers a ten-week training program to develop business and leadership skills and advance within the organization.

Provide superior patient service, hire and develop staff, analyze monthly results, manage profitability, and lead daily huddles to optimize the patient experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
• A people centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and ability to leverage data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all operations in support of doctors.
• Provide superior patient service with care and compliance.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss.
• Lead daily huddles to align goals and optimize patient experience.
• Additional tasks as required.
