Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) to learn to independently run a financially viable dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program, work with your supervisor, and assume office management within 4–6 months after training.

You will hire and train staff, resolve issues, manage finances, and drive revenue while ensuring compliance and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years of related work experience in operational management.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified at hire.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote PDS culture and values daily.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the Operational Model with Owner Dentist support.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Lead team development for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with progress updates.
• Develop office success plan and protocols for manager absences.
