Job summary

University Modern Dentistry is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn to independently run a PDS-supported dental office. The program blends structured curriculum, on-the-job practice and development meetings, with the aim of leading a team within 4–6 months.

The role focuses on leadership, patient experience, revenue growth, cost control and regulatory compliance, with travel to multiple offices and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified at hire.
• Timely travel to multiple offices per day with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values, standards and best operational practices; learn to promote PDS culture daily.
• Assessment, hiring and retention of right-fit team members through training, supervision and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective, and creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office imperatives.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budgets.
