Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the office in all operations, supporting doctors and delivering exceptional patient care. You will participate in an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge and grow within our organization.

The role includes supervising staff, hiring and developing the team, reviewing monthly results to drive profitability, and ensuring high-quality patient experiences while aligning with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People centric leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance/payment.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and drive profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to set expectations and optimize patient experience and performance.
